Below Cast exists because of a simple, annoying truth: most fishing days are decided before the first cast — by whether there were fish where you chose to stop.

Sonar tells you something is down there. A camera tells you what it is, how it's behaving, and whether it has any interest in what you're throwing. That difference is the difference between guessing and knowing.

What we will and won't say

We won't claim this catches fish for you. It doesn't. It tells you where not to waste your morning, and it shows you what your bait actually looks like down there — which changes how you fish more than any lure will.

We're a new brand. We're not going to fake a decade of heritage or fill this page with reviews we haven't earned. What we can do is stand behind the product with a guarantee that would bankrupt us if the thing were junk: see fish on your first three trips, or send it back for a full refund.

How we pick what we sell

Two cameras, not twenty. Hardwater for ice, boat and deep water — the seven-inch screen you can actually read in glare. Scout for shore, dock and kayak, when you're carrying everything on your back. If the cheaper one is right for you, we'll tell you so.
