The three-trip guarantee

Take the camera out three times. If it hasn't shown you fish you'd otherwise have missed, email help@belowcast.co within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Standard returns

Unopened and unused items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return, or immediately on approval for three-trip guarantee claims.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the box and the unit and email us within 7 days. We ship a replacement immediately — we don't make you wait for the old one to come back first.

Not covered

Loss, theft, deliberate damage, boat-prop strikes, and driving over the unit on the ice.

How to start a return

Email help@belowcast.co with your order number. A real person answers, usually the same day.
