Shipping

Free on every order. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days, and you get a tracking number as soon as it leaves.

The three-trip guarantee

Take it out three times. If it hasn't shown you fish you'd otherwise have missed, email help@belowcast.co within 60 days of delivery and we refund the full purchase price.

Standard returns

Unopened and unused? Send it back within 60 days for a full refund, in original packaging with all accessories.

Who pays return shipping

• Faulty, damaged or not as described: we pay, and we send a prepaid label.
• Change of mind: return postage is yours.

Warranty

Every camera carries a one-year replacement warranty. If the screen fails, the cable splits, or the camera floods under normal use, we ship a replacement — we don't run a repair queue. Not covered: loss, theft, prop strikes, and driving over it on the ice.

Cold-weather expectations

We'd rather tell you now: lithium batteries lose roughly 20–30% of their runtime below freezing. Keeping a spare inside your jacket between uses makes a real difference on a hard-water day.
