A very high-quality case, and it weighs well too - although this is not a measure, there is something good about it. The plastic is durable and thick around the perimeter, all sticks adhere tightly. How deep can it actually go?
As deep as the cable you choose. The 15m option reaches 49ft and the 30m option reaches 98ft. The cable is the limit, not the camera.
Does it work at night or in murky water?
Yes. The camera has 8 infrared LEDs, so it still gives you a usable picture after dark, in stained water and under the ice. Low light is where a camera helps most, because that is where your eyes cannot help you.
Can I use it for ice fishing?
That is one of the most common uses. Drop it down the hole and you can watch fish approach and react to your jig instead of guessing at a flasher trace.
Do I need a phone or an app?
No. The monitor is part of the kit. There is nothing to download, no account and no pairing. Unclip it, drop the camera and you are watching.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 8 hours on a full charge, which covers a normal day on the water. It charges over USB with the included cable.
What comes in the box?
The underwater camera, the 4.3 inch monitor, the cable on a spool, a USB charging cable and power adapter, mounting accessories, a hand strap and a hard carry case.
Can I use it in salt water?
The camera head is sealed and waterproof. Rinse it with fresh water after any saltwater trip, the same as you would with a reel, and dry it before it goes back in the case.
What if it does not work for me?
Take it out three times. If it does not show you fish you would otherwise have missed, email us inside 60 days and we refund every cent. It also carries a 1-year replacement warranty.
How much is shipping?
