Products and pricing

We describe products as accurately as we can. Specifications are supplied by our manufacturer and may change without notice. Prices are in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed. If we find a pricing error on an order we'll contact you and let you confirm or cancel.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where an item is unavailable. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Warranty

Every unit carries a one-year replacement warranty against defects in normal use. This does not cover loss, theft, or deliberate or accidental physical damage.

Use of the product

An underwater camera is a tool for observation. It does not guarantee that you will catch fish. Use it safely, follow local ice-safety guidance, and never rely on it as a safety device.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
